Jurisdiction packs

Each pack binds local country and subnational codes, indicative dataset pointers, and climate disclosure crosswalks to fixed TLA-185 field IDs. They are adoption artefacts for project records. Australia remains the live commercial Library fill.

TLA-185 is one international dictionary. Australia is where it was first exercised and where the commercial Hub is live. That is origin and fill. A UK or Canadian studio uses the same field IDs and fills them from local flora, climate products, and procurement rules. See One international dictionary.

Jurisdiction packs bind local subnational codes and dataset pointers to fixed TLA-185 field IDs. They are Layer-2 adoption artifacts — not live commercial hubs. The live Archive commercial hub remains landscapearchive.com.au (AUD / Victoria law) until additional hubs are published. Planned regional domains in hub config are placeholders, not ownership claims.
