Privacy
This page covers landscapearchive.org — the public home of the TLA-185 / TLA-169 specification. Commercial products, billing, and subscriber library access are operated by The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd.
Member sign-in on this site uses the existing Landscape Archive account. There is no second password store for the Foundation site.
What this site collects
Open specification pages, the field registry, draft dictionary, Field Notes, public validator, and Evidence Checker are readable without an account.
When you send a volunteer application, director expression of interest, term proposal, or draft consultation, we receive the name, email, organisation, and written material you submit so the Archive desk can review it.
If you sign in, the Foundation site confirms your existing Landscape Archive session through the identity bridge. That session is the same account used for web Accounts, Landscape Archive Tools, the Revit connector / Hub tray, and organisation seats.
How information is used
Enquiry forms are review channels. They do not create a commercial licence, a director appointment, or a public listing.
A signed-in session lets the Foundation site show member programme pages that already belong to your Archive account. It does not create a separate Foundation login.
Binding privacy terms for Archive products, billing, and desktop tools are published by The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd.
Who holds the record
The Landscape Vault Pty Ltd holds interim copyright in the public specification. The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd operates commercial products and the identity bridge.
The intra-group licence between The Landscape Vault Pty Ltd and The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd is in force. Binding customer privacy terms remain those published in the Archive Legal centre.
The Foundation is not yet an independent incorporated entity. Correspondence is handled through the interim Archive desk.
