Foundation
Terms
These terms cover the public Foundation site and the open TLA-185 / TLA-169 grammar. They sit beside the Archive Terms of Use, which govern commercial products, subscriptions, and desktop tools.
The public specification is published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. Commercial implementation, filled Archive packages, and Archive Seal are licensed separately.
Public specification
TLA-185 is the published plant-metadata spine. Anyone may read and cite the open grammar under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
Attribution is required. Non-commercial reference use is permitted without modification under that licence. A written Archive licence is required to implement the standard in commercial products and workflows.
Archive Seal and commercial products
Archive Seal is a commercial attestation issued by The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd. It records that a named organisation pack or output was sealed under the Archive’s published workflow at a stated time.
Foundation Approved is a Foundation recognition path. TLA-185 is the published spine. Citing the open grammar is not a Seal, a Foundation Approved mark, or a licence to a filled Archive package.
Accounts and sign-in
Foundation member programme pages use your existing Landscape Archive account through the identity bridge. People join organisations; there is no separate company login.
Open specification, registry, governance, awards, and volunteer pages remain public.
Professional use
TLA-185 is the published plant-metadata spine. Open grammar, Field Notes, and draft living-system orbits are reference material for studio and teaching work. A registered professional remains responsible for site investigation, statutory approvals, and design judgment.
Archive Seal is a commercial attestation issued by The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd. Foundation Approved is a Foundation recognition path when criteria are published. A local inspect on this site records a workstation step. None of those marks is a statutory accreditation, government endorsement, or ISO certification.
Acceptable use
Readers may cite the open grammar under the published Creative Commons notice. Commercial implementation, filled Archive packages, and Archive Seal remain separately licensed.
Use this site in a way that respects the published licence, the identity bridge, and other readers. Binding Archive acceptable-use terms sit in the Archive Terms of Use.
Intra-group licence
The intra-group licence between The Landscape Vault Pty Ltd and The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd is in force. Binding customer terms remain those published in the Archive Legal centre. The open-specification licence for this site is recorded on Licence & scope.
Credentials
Academic qualifications held by the founder may be confirmed with the awarding institution through that institution’s standard verification or alumni-verification process. This site does not publish student numbers, transcripts, or other private identifiers.
